What do we want more of?
- Team Hui - to promote connection within the team
- Community involvement - Include this in UOI
- Visiting Tech Arts classes - Celebrating students in different areas

What do we want less of?
- Busyness - More time to just be as a class

PYP is a transdiciplinary curriculum, it is highly connected.

What do we want our learners to understand at the end of this UOI?
- Roles and Responsibilities
- With rights their are responsibilities
- Interdependence
- That these communities exist
- That they are connected
- The power that they have - what they are capable of doing

At the end of this UOI what do we want our learners to be thinking about?
- What are my roles and responsibilities in both the classroom and the school
- Every action has a chain reaction
- Where am I going to fit in at Berkley?
- I can make a change/have an impact
